Governance & leadership
Fundación Colegio Experimental De Agricultura Del Mundo Unido Simon Bolivar is directed by a non-profit governance structure defined in its constitutive act and registered statutes in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. A Board of Trustees holds ultimate responsibility for the foundation's mission, legal compliance and asset stewardship. The Board is composed of volunteer trustees drawn from agricultural science, rural education and community development, and it meets in ordinary session to approve the annual programme plan, the operating budget and the yearly activity report.
Day-to-day operations are delegated to an Executive Coordination team responsible for academic programming, field research, community partnerships and administration. A separate Academic Committee reviews curriculum quality and student outcomes, while financial oversight is exercised through internal controls, documented expenditure approval, and independent review of the annual accounts. No trustee, officer, member or private individual receives distribution of the foundation's surplus; all resources are applied to the educational, agricultural and public-benefit purposes described in our statutes.
The foundation maintains full operational and financial transparency. Registration details, statutes, programme reports and summary financial statements are available to students, donors, institutional partners and verification bodies upon written request to info@FireAlarmLondon.com. Conflicts of interest must be declared and recorded, and any trustee with a personal interest in a matter abstains from the related decision.
