1. Who we are

This website is operated by Fundación Colegio Experimental De Agricultura Del Mundo Unido Simon Bolivar, a non-profit foundation registered in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela under RIF J001685910, with its registered office at Calle 113, Maracaibo 4001, Zulia, Venezuela. For any privacy matter you may contact us at info@FireAlarmLondon.com or +58 414-6732992.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, inquiry category, subject and message when you use our contact form, and any further details you include in emails, telephone conversations or enrollment documents you send us. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data under any circumstances.

Our website does not use advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies. Standard technical server records (such as request timestamps) may be generated by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes only.

3. How we use your information

Information is used strictly to respond to your inquiry, process student enrollment requests, coordinate agricultural or institutional partnerships, answer verification requests from non-profit validation bodies, and keep internal records of our educational and community activities.

We do not use your data for commercial marketing. We never send unsolicited promotional messages, and we do not transfer personal data to advertisers.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your information on the basis of your voluntary submission and your consent, and where applicable to fulfil our legitimate educational and public-benefit purposes as a registered non-profit foundation. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Data protection measures

Access to inquiry and enrollment records is restricted to authorised foundation personnel who need the information to perform their duties. Records are stored on protected accounts and, where held physically, in secured foundation premises. Personnel handling personal data are bound by internal confidentiality obligations.

6. Data retention and deletion

General inquiries are retained for up to twenty-four months. Enrollment and programme participation records are retained for the period required by our educational and administrative obligations. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or destroyed.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties except where you have asked us to, where it is required by Venezuelan law or a competent authority, or where limited technical service providers (such as email and website hosting) process data strictly on our behalf.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections to inaccurate data, request deletion of your records where no legal obligation requires their retention, and object to further processing. Write to info@FireAlarmLondon.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Children and minors

Where a programme participant is a minor, enrollment information is provided and authorised by a parent or legal guardian. We collect only the details necessary for participation and safety.

10. Changes to this policy

Any modification to this Privacy Policy will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy.
